What You Will Do

Connect with clients to understand their needs through thoughtful and personalized conversations
Provide insurance quotes and clearly explain coverage options and solutions
Build strong relationships through proactive outreach, follow ups, and referrals
Deliver responsive, accurate, and professional service
Identify opportunities to improve client coverage and recommend appropriate solutions
Support a positive client experience through every interaction
What We Are Looking For

OTL Property and Casualty license or willingness to obtain
Experience in sales or client service is an asset, not required
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, engage, and build trust
A proactive mindset with strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and desire to grow

Competitive earning potential between $55,000 and $90,000 per year including base salary, commission, and bonuses

What You Bring

OTL Property and Casualty license, or willingness to obtain one
